Refund Policy

Applicable to gym memberships, bookings, packages, and subscriptions

3.1 Gym Memberships

Refund eligibility, proration, and cancellation terms for a gym membership are set by the individual Gym Owner and must be clearly displayed at the point of purchase. VeltFit facilitates the transaction but, except where VeltFit is itself the payment collector for that Gym, does not independently guarantee or process the refund — the Gym is the responsible party. Where VeltFit does collect payment on the Gym's behalf, refunds are processed per the Gym's own stated policy, less any non-refundable Platform fee already disclosed at purchase.

3.2 Wellness, Physiotherapy & Coaching Session Bookings

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: 100% refund.

• Between 6 and 24 hours before: 75% refund (a 25% cancellation fee applies).

• Less than 6 hours before / no-show: No refund.

• Provider cancels or fails to attend: 100% refund, or free rescheduling at Member's choice.

3.3 Coach / Nutritionist Session Packages

Multi-session package purchases (e.g., a 5-session or 10-session bundle) are refundable, upon request, on a pro-rata basis for genuinely unused sessions, calculated as: (package price ÷ total sessions) × unused sessions, less a processing fee of [PLACEHOLDER]%. Refund requests must be made within the package's stated validity window; once a package's validity period lapses, any unused sessions and their associated value are forfeited with no refund.

3.4 VeltFit-Branded Subscriptions (e.g., Vayu Coach)

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the app; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period already paid for, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. A failed automatic renewal payment will result in a grace period of [PLACEHOLDER] days before subscription features are suspended.

3.5 Referral Points

Gym-specific referral points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable between Members, can only be redeemed at the specific Gym where earned, and are forfeited if either the earning Member's account is deleted or the relevant Gym departs the Platform. Each point carries a defined redemption rate of 1 point = ₹1, applied solely as a credit toward a plan renewal at the Gym where earned; points cannot be withdrawn as cash, sold, or transferred to another person.

3.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute directly with your bank/card issuer rather than through VeltFit's own refund process, VeltFit reserves the right to suspend your account pending resolution, and to recover any amount charged back that related to a service you already received in full.

3.7 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval, subject to your bank's or UPI provider's own processing timelines, over which VeltFit has no control. GST charged on a refunded amount is adjusted per applicable Indian tax rules.

Operator: VeltFit is operated by Eleviora Tech Innovations LLP, which processes payments and refunds on the platform.
