Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Eleviora Tech Innovations LLP (trading as CodeStep Technologies) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CodeStep Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX design, and brand identity services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% advance payment before work commences. The remaining balance follows the milestone schedule defined in your SOW. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of applicable GST (18%). Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue. Interest of 18% per annum will be charged on payments delayed beyond the due date.

4. GST & Taxation

Eleviora Tech Innovations LLP is GST registered in Karnataka (GSTIN: 29AALFE5140Q1ZT). GST at applicable rates will be charged on all taxable services. Clients are responsible for TDS deductions as applicable under the Income Tax Act.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

All projects include a defined number of revision rounds per milestone as stated in the SOW. Changes to agreed project scope after work commencement may incur additional charges at our standard rate of ₹2,000–₹4,000 per hour.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created becomes your intellectual property. CodeStep Technologies retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a signed NDA is in place. We retain ownership of proprietary frameworks and libraries used in development.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Clients may request an NDA before project commencement.

8. Delivery & Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, content provision, or scope changes are not our responsibility. We commit to communicating any timeline changes proactively.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeStep Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
